Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy applies to all Walk on the Wild Side experiences only.

Cancellations by Wild Space

Should Wild Space have to cancel the event due to inclement weather or due to circumstances on the part of Wild Space, we will allow you to choose from​

1. a postponement to another date of the same experience; or

2. a transfer of credits to a different experience, subject to payment of cost difference; or

3. a full refund.

We strive to notify all participants of any cancellations as early as possible. However, for cancellations due to inclement weather, we will only be able to conduct a weather check within an hour prior to the start of the event. Your guide will be in contact with you via text messaging.

Cancellations by participant

If you are, for any reason, unable to attend the event, any and all payments made will be forfeited.

On a case-by-case basis, we may, for a maximum of two times, allow you

1. a postponement to another date of the same experience; or

2. a transfer of credits to a different experience, subject to payment of cost difference.
